The Sincerely, Holly Collection pink food dyes are ELITE DUSTS, not Master Elites. Their best uses are: painting, dusting, airbrushing and coloring chocolate. If you use them to color ingredients, it will take MORE of the color to achieve desired tones. And we recommend going with the darkest tones to color chocolate (ie. Sugar Rose).
