- Airbrush Policy: The Pegasus is covered under a 1-year warranty from the purchase date. It covers immediate manufacturer defects, discovered within the 1st year of use. For concerns with the system within the warranty period, the customer needs to reach out via email and provide a video of the reported concerns. If The Sugar Art cannot resolve the system issues remotely, we will then require the customer to ship the system back to The Sugar Art facility for testing. If the system cannot be repaired, a replacement will be shipped out.
